# 🚧 Scheduled Maintenance: Temporary App Downtime on March 5th

Hello everyone,

We’ll be performing a **routine database update** that will require some **downtime** , during which the app and services will be completely unavailable.

⏳ **Scheduled Time:** Wednesday, **March 5th, around 2 AM GMT+1**  
⏱ **Expected Duration:** 3 to 4 hours

We’ve chosen this time to minimize disruption, but we understand that some of you—especially athletes in different time zones—may be affected, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once this maintenance is complete, you will be able to log in to the app. If for any reason you are unable to log in, please close the app completely and re-open it.

Hello,

I want to know when the new series will be available? I saw at a message send days before that was in development new exercises, including the use of machines of weight.
