Sorry, but assigning Dumbbell Push Presses and Dumbbell Shoulder Presses in the same interval workout makes absolutely no sense. They are essentially the same exercise with only a slight variation.
This has already happened several times, and even scheduling those exercises on the same day is very demanding. The problem is that I cannot perform them with the same weight and number of repetitions as I could if they were assigned on separate days, or at least in different parts of the workout.
As a result, I am forced to reduce the weights, which then affects the algorithm inaccurately. It creates the false impression that I am only capable of the suggested weights under normal conditions, when in reality that is only the case because both exercises are placed in the same workout session.
Please fix this.
