# Can't login anymore

Hello,

Despite my credentials being valid, I cannot login on the mobile app anymore. It loads and take me back to the login screen. Can somebody help ?

I think you were previously logging in with Facebook right?

I’ll send you a temp password to allow you to log in 👍🏻

Yes I was logged in with Facebook before. Thanks for your help but it still doesn’t work ☹

Hello, same problem with me, I cant log with my Facebook account. Try to click on Forget password with the associated email account but does not work, can you please help me ?
