Hi How can chNge my training journey? I didnt use the app for long and i want to change my profile and training journey but it does not allow me to do so? I mean ranking of type of training bewteen body weight and weight lefting, my weight, number of training per week,etc All of that i can not change ---

Hey Ahmed, You can update your bodyweight in your **Profile** (settings in your Profile tab) 👍🏻 , for your training days you do this via the settings in your **Coach** tab.
