Dear athletes and makers of this app, I’m an enthusiast of this app for a long time already and it helped me get in shape more than I could have imagined. It’s a lifestyle for me in the meantime. What I have never gotten my head around is why the coach forgets the progress made on specific exercises from one journey to another. I am starting from scratch for double unders for instance. And then, strangely, the coach in the current journey (Explosive Strength) reduces the intensity on the workout days so that I have to adapt to very hard to get the double god where I have had two times the tripple already in the same journey before. Is this because of a misinterpretation of the feedback or is this intended reduction of the load as part of the journey (session 15 of 48). any similar experiences out there? And any one of the app creators who can explain the logic? Thanks ---

Anyone from the FL team that can share insights? today again I had to push for very hard to get a single Elektra. Recently I had only the double before this journey. It is as if the coach has forgotten all the achievements and progresses made. ---
