# Coach schlägt nicht existente Gewichte vor

Hallo,

der Coach hat mir die letzten beide mal Gewichtsscheiben vorgeschlagen, die so nicht existieren:

Ja das ist tatsächlich schwierig, der nächst größere Schritt wäre dann allerdings heftig.  
Ich helf mir mit Kurzhantel und selbst zusammen gebaut aus.  
Nicht schön, aber funktioniert.
