# Full Sync with Apple Health

At the moment, freeletics only syncs new workouts with apple health if this option is enabled. It would be nice if a resync can be started manually, where also past workouts are synced with apple health. This feature would also be a way to get workouts out of the freeletics app which is also not available at this time.
