# I can't change my training journey

**In order for our technical engineers to reproduce and understand your problem as quickly as possible, we usually need answers to the following questions** 👇🏻

-Description of every single step you made until you encountered this error-what did you do, what happened?  
👉🏻  
I’ve finished one training journey and ready to get another, but I selected the wrong journey and I want to change

I’ve followed the steps the link below, I did get into the “Coach” tab and saw the “start your Training Journey” button, but nothing happened.

I’ve also tried to uninstall then reinstall the app but it doesn’t work; I’ve also tried to do the same steps on the other phone, still doesn’t work

-What is the brand and model of your mobile device? (for example iPhone 13 / Galaxy S21)  
👉🏻 Pixel 5, Pixel 7 Pro

-Which operation system is your device using? (for example iOS 13 / Android 11)  
👉🏻 Android 14

-Which version of the Freeletics app are you using? (for example 6.37)  
👉🏻 24.29.0

-Which language is your app set to?  
👉🏻 English

-Which timezone/state/country are you in?  
👉🏻 Taiwan +08:00

-What date and time did this problem occur?  
👉🏻 2024/07/23 (year/month/date)

-Which browser you are using (if experiencing a bug on our website)?  
👉🏻 It’s encountered in the app

Please also attach screenshots or a screen recording showing step by step how you encounter this problem 👇🏻

Be aware that it can take some time to reproduce and fix certain bugs, and so we do not normally give in-depth updates when resolving reported problems.

So, this sounds like a problem indeed 🙁

Can you take a screen recording of what you’re seeing in the app when you try to change Training Journey? You can just share a link to a shared Drive file, or something similar 👍🏻

The screenshot by itself doesn’t really make it clear what is happening here.
