# "I need to train quietly" is hidden

I’m currently doing the “ultimate strength” journey and I noticed that I’m some workouts, the option to train quietly is hidden.

It’s not available by default. Only if I go through changing the focus to “full body”

Is this intentional?

Hello, the option “Train quietly” is only shown when the workout has a “loud” part so from what I see the workout you shared does not have high impact/jumping exercises so there is no (need for) adaptation to “Train quietly”.

Let me know if i’m missing anything with the issue you shared

The workout without any modifier includes Styx, which has burpees and high knees, which I think should qualify as loud.

You are right, I have overlooked and though it was the other workout in question.
