# Is it possible to restart hell week?

Hi,

I started hell week, but unfortunately, I got sick after 3 days.  
Now I don’t want to finish the missing 4 days, but I would like to restart hell week (7 trainings in a row).

How can I do this?

Hi!  
You can’t restart a Hell Week. What you are able to do is to finish the remaining 4 days and keep training.  
If you want to train for 7 days in a row you can start your next journey straight ahead and go for other 3 days.
