Hey Freeletics community! We’ve released a brand new God Workout with our latest app update, and it’s sure to make you fall in love with the burn. Introducing **Eros** , the God of love, ready to show your body some serious affection and sweat! Here’s what you can expect from this full-body challenge: 5 rounds of: 20 High Knees 10 Situps 5 Pushups 10 Squats 20 Burpees How to Access Eros 1. Open your Freeletics app 2. Go to the Coach tab 3. Scroll until Explore all 4. look for God Workouts 5. Search Eros Let’s embrace this new challenge together and set new PBs! :clapclapstatic: ---

Why just one god? It has been 4 years after the new 7 god workouts and you come up with one god workout. It is very easy to implement this new god. We would like to see new journeys or exercises or more different gods. ---

I find it quite strange that after 4 years, we’ve only seen one new god workout. Oh wait, there was also Komos. So, just two in total? Feels like we should have more by now. 🫤 ---
