I bought the app for my wife and got charged by an error the app subscription got cancelled (after already paid) and now I do not have the app but I paid the full year for it.

Honestly this subscription service is horrible.

Did you subscribe via an app store?  
Is the subscription really still not available? Did you re-checked after deleting?
