Training and different competency levels

Sorry for the complicated question. What I am trying to ask is how the exercises that cater to people that follow different competency levels are able to further ensure them to not give up on the workout?

The main factor at play here is the feedback that Athletes give the Coach regularly throughout their Coach sessions :point_down:t2:

The feedback function really is essential to ensuring the training being assigned is at the correct level.
