I’m 31 yo and just started exercising for the first time in my life! As per the coach’s suggestion, I began with Cardio Burn, and I’m %70 done. Paired with a good diet, I managed to lose 15kg, and I’m down to 75kgs now, with is pretty ideal for a guy like me.
Overall, I think this whole thing will work out; I was pleased with the way I incorporated freeletics and overall a healthier lifestyle into my daily routine.
My question is, what comes next? I like working out from home, and I can exercise 5 times a week with no problem. I only have a 9kg kettlebell (my coach used to add kettlebell rows to my routine). I have the budget to buy more equipment for my next program, but I’m not sure what would be the best thing to buy. I think I would be looking at programs to build some muscle and continue cardio exercises.
