When I do an exercise on freeletics I typically have my apple watch set to a workout since I am doing other things beyond the exercises on the app and so my apple watch double counts the exercise, and freeletics submits an egregious amount of calories burned to my apple watch activities (480 for a 15 minute workout while my watch says I burned 80). I feel like it shouldn’t, or at least have the option to not, add any calories.

You can go to Apple Health \> Sharing (at the bottom of the screen) \> Apps and Services \> Freeletics. Then turn off allow to write Active Energy and Workouts.
