Recently, as part the ultimate strength journey - the coach has given me more “upside down” exercises like wall walks and handstand shoulder taps. Those exercises are putting more stress on my wrists. I would like to suggest that in case such exercises are part of a workout - then wrist exercises would be part of the warmup / cooldown.

Thanks!
