More exercises is good, although none of the exercises I actually do and wrote about on this forum got added, so still can’t use the app for tracking my custom workouts. Will keep tracking them using the Notes app on my phone.

Integrating new exercises in the Coach training is good news. Dip Bar in particular is going to make it more fun.

Super happy to see Suspension Trainer being added into the app! Got a decent one just a few months and I was wondering how to best integrate it into my routine. Now I’m guessing we’ll soon be able to have Freeletics add it into certain bodyweight journeys.

Yeah… The forum’s reaction to the ‘real’ Big Update tells the story. I’m too still kind of turned off by that off-brand marketing idea .

Anyway. I’ll be ready to celebrate when the update drops! A lot of people put serious effort into making it happen. I’ll be :clap::clap: for them.

This is great
Now like to see the location by equipment and full gym equipment , maybe something like the old gym app

I have the beta version but can’t see the new equipment on Coach, or this is only available outside the coach?

Hey Ricardo :waving_hand:

We’re working on something like this :backhand_index_pointing_up:

Re this :backhand_index_pointing_up: , I don’t know if we’ll ever be able to replicate every single piece of equipment in every single gym, but as part of this update we’ve introduced most major gym equipments.

That’s correct, at the moment, you can only train with this equipment in the standalone workouts :+1:

We’re NOT finished with updates  Great things are coming soon :+1: Hopefully, this update gives a hint in the general direction.

Would you add new journeys? Especially for strength?

Thank you so much for the update
I saw all that equipment but I’m not yet on gym until get the location ready as some times not able to go to gym but can workout at home.

When able to add or remove the equipment will be great to see the exercises that equipment be able to do, at the moment only mention the number of new exircises.

I can see the new equipment  my bad, not selecting all equipment and only my equipment .

Hey @Ben !

Thank you for all the info and for the udpate so far. You announced somehting on IG this morning. Is there another major update coming today or do I have false hopes and you already dropped it on 4th of April?

I don’t want to be mean or anything but I think users are waiting for something really big now and I just want to be clear if I can still hope for changes which many of the useres already talked about in the forum or if that was it

Thank you for clearifying

Hey Luca :waving_hand:

We are announcing something today, product wise we’ve tried to share most of what is being introduced in this round of updates in this Forum already.

I’m interested, do you think the introduction of this equipment in to the app isn’t significant? :backhand_index_pointing_down:

I can’t stress enough the amount of work that’s gone in to this so far, and this is only the very first step in a significant overhaul of the app. The way you can train with the app is going to completely change over the coming months - more equipment, more adaptability, more variety and more control over the way you can train.

For anyone following the conversation, we’ve just introduced another equipment item :backhand_index_pointing_down:

  • Weighted vest equipment, and associated single exercises and standalone workouts

Are there plans to add some standalone rowing workouts? Or add rowing to some of the Journeys? I only see the option for free rowing so far.

Can I join without getting a coach. Meaning just getting the workouts. Like the OG Freeletics.

Thanks
