50% discount applied, but billed at the full amount

Hi, everyone,

I attempted to extend the current program with a 50% discount, but upon selecting the payment method, it shows that the full amount will be billed. Could there be an error, and what is the rationale behind this?

Are you trying to buy a subscription from your App Store or from our website?

Hi Ben, I have the same question. I saw the 50% off modal in the app and when proceding in the checkout, I get to see the full amount. Where and when are the 50% applied?

Any discount given to you in your App Store is applied at purchase. If you have previously had a discounted purchase, it may be that you are not eligible for a further discount from the same Store.
