App changes language randomly

Yeah, we’re aware of this - it’s actually caused by an Android OS update. We are working on a fix, but in the meantime you can force the app in to English. There’s instructions on how to this in this post

No weight being prescribed on dumbbell exercises

Hey @lisagazdzinski There’s two parts to your post, I’ll answer each separately The Coach will only assign a weight for small weights (Dumbbells or Kettlebells) when you are doing that respective Training Journey. If you’re doing a Bodyweight Journey, the Coach will only assign x number of reps.
