Cannot create a new journey

I’ve got an active plan but cannot start a new journey. Is it something wrong with the last update or a new policy?

What’s happening exactly when you try to start?

I choose preferred exercises and goals, hit the next and I get back to the start screen

Can you try correcting your age for me in your profile? This might be the problem.
