Targeted Workouts for Posture and Back Health

As someone who spends much of the day working at a computer, I struggle with posture problems and back pain, especially in the lumbar and neck areas. My physicians have emphasized that for people like me, strengthening the back muscles is much more important than focusing on the front core muscles, which are often already sufficiently developed. However, the current app experience makes it difficult to specifically target these areas.

My suggestions:
1. Targeted Workout Creation:
Please consider adding the ability to create or select workouts that focus on specific muscle groups—such as the lower back, upper back, or postural muscles—rather than general core training. For users with special requirements (like correcting muscle imbalances), this would be invaluable.
2. Improved Exercise Information:
During workout planning, it would be extremely helpful to see which muscles each exercise targets, without needing prior knowledge or looking up details externally. This would allow users to make better-informed decisions about which exercises to include in their routines.
3. Physio-Recommended Programs:
Predefined workout routines developed in collaboration with physiotherapists for common issues (e.g., posture correction, back pain relief) would be a fantastic addition and help many users train more safely and effectively.
