@Ben Why do you DM everyone about their requests? That seems suspicious. Why not post the solution here so everyone can see it and resolve the issue?

I have the same problem. I have an active Freeletics account (regular subscription for 12 months) and I’m very interested in this bundle. Does it work with an active subscription? Can I upgrade? Because every time I click the Instagram link, I just end up on the standard onboarding page.

So how does the “super bundle” actually work? There’s no clear information, which makes it feel like you’re trying to mislead people. To be honest, this whole thing seems pretty sketchy.

What’s suspicious about this? There are lots of reasons why it is necessary to DM someone privately - for example, when we need to confirm an email address or share other personal information in our message.

I’ve answered this already publicly in this thread :backhand_index_pointing_down: You can not upgrade to this product, and you also can not purchase it whilst you have an ongoing subscription.

It is a specific subscription offering from us, which when purchased, gives access to a number of partner apps for a trial period.
