Good morning, I’m writing to you to see if anyone will read this, as I’ve sent my complaint to technical support twice and no one has responded regarding something that’s wrong and should be corrected. I hope you can forward my complaint to someone in the program so they can read it.

Below I’ve outlined what I’ve written to you several times without any response, and which I believe you should address or change. If you do an exercise, you can’t exclude it from that score, for example, if you do it as part of a training journey, and that happens.

Good morning, I’ve been using your app for a few years now, and as I mentioned in a previous email, the Daily Athlete Score is incorrectly implemented. Let me explain briefly: in my “Hit Supreme” training journey, I do burpees, but the endurance score has decreased because it indicates I did burpees a month ago, even though I do them frequently in that training journey.

In conclusion, the Daily Athlete Score is neither a reliable nor a realistic indicator.

You should fix or change this.
