Apple Fitness integration creates faulty Interval entries

Since build 26.38.0 on iOS (I’m a beta tester), the Apple Health integration has been grouping workouts together in one interval, so far so great.

The problem lies therein that the interval contains an entry for each moment of time between a Freeletics interval and another in Fitness shown as “Unknown Goal” with the same calorie count as the previous correct interval (although that count doesn’t get added to the total funnily enough, the time does).

Secondly, the actual correct intervals don’t have any naming besides numbers.

The last image is a full view of a workout I did not too long ago in the iOS Fitness app, which consisted of (numbered like in the image):

    1. Dynamic Warmup
    1. Progression to Pushups
    1. HIIT Strength
    1. HIIT Accessory
  • and 9. Active Cooldown

I’d wish for this integration to make more sense, leave out the downtime in between the sets (or mark them as such and leave out the calorie count), and give the proper sets names corresponding to the set done in-app.

Hi @lajawi, thank you for reporting this and for the detailed screenshots! Our team implemented a fix that removes these extra interval entries, and it’s in beta this week. After you’ve given it a try, let me know if it’s working as expected.

I did notice that indeed! Thanks for the fix!

Any possibility to name the other entries as what they are (“Dynamic Warmup”, “Progression to […]”, “HIIT Strength”, etc).
