Apple Health entries missing data since last app update

Hi,

Curious if anyone else has noticed this.

Since the last update 3 days ago, I noticed that the app does not write full data into the Apple Health workouts entries.

Before - in addition to the type, duration, start/end times - it would add Total Active Energy.
After the update - the Total Active Energy is no longer added, but instead details of my phone are now placed in there - which to me is useless.

I reinstalled the app - no change.

Anyone else seen this?

Hello,
I have the same issue. Seems to be a bug in the new Version?
Is someone from Freeletics here to answer this?

Hello, I have the same issue. Please fix it as soon as possible

I came here to report the same

Same Problem, my calories are missing and it pisses me off big time! As childish as it sounds, but those Apple rings and medals are a huge motivation for me and now I fail to close my rings! During Hell Week!!! :face_with_symbols_on_mouth:

Luckily I didn‘t start a competition with my brother…

Yeah, me too. My Apple rings stay open because of this, and it’s a big let down.

I did a workout, and got super annoyed when my rings didn’t move :frowning:

I saw this reply from a Freeletics Ambassador in the other thread. There is no date for a fix, but it’s been disabled right now.

I have the same issue

Same issue here. This is a big problem. Freeletics please fix.

Happened after switching to the Ultimate Strength training journey.

As a temporary fix am recording Apple exercise HIIT sessions during work outs.

On the latest version of iOS I observed that the exercice are not feeding the activity calories anymore.
Could you help me please?

Hello,

C’est un cas général. Ils retravaillent sur le calcul des calories.

Je te comprends c’est frustrant, je m’en servais aussi

Utilise directement l’app exercice du coup en attendant.

I have noticed this too I have just checked the setting on the health app and they are all enabled

The kcal calculation is temporarily disabled due to not being accurate enough.

When will this be fixed?

That’s interesting. Do you have more details on where it was not accurate enough?
I used these values to calculate my caloric needs and adjust my diet. Considering I have been gaining muscle and still losing weight - they can’t be totally out of whack?

I was aiming for a modest 150-200 kcal deficit per day and my weight loss matches more or less that speed.

The active Kj of my recent workout doesn’t sync across the Apple Health / Fitness apps. I tried to revoke my permissions in between and reset it. It’s not working. I also tried to reinstall the app, which not resolve my issue. Does anyone have the similar issue and solution for it? Thanks

Same problem here! Since the update the burned calories are not included in the Fitness app anymore

Kcal burnt are not send through to Apple health anymore. It’s something that happened a couple of days ago. How do I fix this? Can somebody help me with this?
