Does anyone know how to cancel Freeletics subscription? It says that I have to do it from my iphone, but I see no trace of their subscription in the “Subscriptions” section. I tried the web, and cannot find it either. Thanks.
Did you subscribe via apple store? If so, you should check your store profile in order to cancel subscription.
Thanks - yes via Apple store. I followed Freeletics instructions, but when I get to the list of Subscriptions, there is no trace of Freeletics, despite it is paid every year for the last >5 years. Same in Apple store profile.
Which company is billing you the annual subscription (this should be visible on bank statement)? If Freeletics is the company billing you, you have to contact Freeletics (in case you are not able to unsubscribe in app). But in case Apple is billing you, I’m quite sure Freeletics wouldn’t be able to help you.
@k.heus I can see that your subscription was not made through an app store but on our website directly.
For anyone who wants to cancel their subscription, if you are not sure where your subscription is, the best option is to check your bank statement as Mela suggested. If you see Google or Apple, you’ll need to cancel through their app store. If you see Freeletics, you need to do it from your personal space on the Freeletics website.

Feedback for Improvement:
1. It would be awesome to have the ability to see my workouts and training journey weeks in advance. Being able to preview upcoming exercises and milestones would really help with planning and staying motivated.
2. I’d love a feature where I can preview the kind of exercises included in a training journey before committing to it. This would make it easier to choose a journey that aligns with my fitness goals.
3. It would be great to have more customizable training journeys based on both the equipment I have (e.g., dumbbells and a bench) and the style I want (e.g., incorporating calisthenics alongside weights). Having more options for hybrid training styles would be amazing!
4. Could you add more calisthenics options to the app? It’d be cool to have a broader library of bodyweight exercises to mix with equipment-based training.
Thanks for all the great work so far! These changes would make the app even better!
