Freeletics charges Ex-clients over 1,5 years after ending the subscription. Even if the automatic renewal was deactivated. Your customer service is terrible and shows bad faith. I sent them screenshots of my profile, bank statement and apple invoicing. emphasized text

Did you cancel in Apple or on the freeletics app? I think you have to cancel with Apple to cancel the automatic renewal.

I don’t understand how they can have your payment information if you were paying Apple.

Are you really sure you haven’t been paying for a subscription contract that you didn’t cancel? I was paying for a Netflix subscription for my Mum that I forgot about for like 2 years :see_no_evil: So it happens to the best of us. In any case, pretty sure if you have Apple invoices you’ll need to raise it with them.
