I usually never run with Freeletics, but I thought of giving it a try.
I noticed that Freeletics logs my runs as Functional Strenght in my Apple Fitness, so it doesn’t give me any useful running data after and it doesn’t log my run in Strava.
Seems sort of a deal breaker for running. Is there a way to fix that?

If it’s not part of your coach, just go directly to Strava and log it there. It will get connected with Freeletics at the end and it will count for your base. I hope it helps.

Historically I’ve been doing that. But in my new journey as part of my couch I have runs.
I’ve been logging them manually in Freeletics and then deleting it from my Apple Fitness but seems a little nonsensical that the app offers Running Journeys and cannot register running workouts…

I agree with @avg_Santiago - I would make more sense for Freeletics app to track runs as runs. There are more users sharing the same expectation in another ticket here
