Hi all!
I have chosen the strict pull up progression as I cannot do one yet.
The issue is that I cannot do pull ups and it suggested me to do that as it is the next step after shoulder pullups. So as I cannot do any and seemed impossible I blocked pull ups,.and I realised now that stricted pull ups progression is blocked.
It is weird because I can do chin ups, banded pull ups, banded chin ups, negative pull ups..
Actually today I was coached to do 5 negative pull ups inside this strict pull up progression
So is the progression blocked as it says in the app settings or is it working and what exercises can I expect after negative pull-ups?
I think this is the result of this order of things that happened:
First, I selected the progression. After suggested the first time pull ups(swings) I blocked the exercise. Then I still had the progression actuvated and have negative pull ups suggested. Then I removed the progression and cannot add it again as it is indeed blocked. I may have to unblock the pullups despite I cannot do them.
Any advice?
