-Description of every single step you made until you encountered this error-what did you do, what happened? I completed 6 workouts from the Coach/Training Journey, and only 4 are being recorded/taken into account for the Get Real Challenge. I completed workouts on these dates: January 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 13.
-What is the brand and model of your mobile device? (for example iPhone 13 / Galaxy S21) Iphone 13
-Which operation system is your device using? (for example iOS 13 / Android 11) IOS 18.1.1 / Iphone 13
-Which version of the Freeletics app are you using? (for example 6.37) 24.52.0.24052000
-Which language is your app set to? Spanish
-Which timezone/state/country are you in? GMT -6 /Merida/Yucatan/Mexico
-What date and time did this problem occur? Ongoing
-Which browser you are using (if experiencing a bug on our website)? App

Be aware that it can take some time to reproduce and fix certain bugs, and so we do not normally give in-depth updates when resolving reported problems.
Hey Ben, thank you for your help, I still have the problem, it says 9 workouts at the challenge’s interface but there’s 11 registered at the coach section in the app. Can you help me ?
Problem solved! Thank you. Just one more question, I see there’s people who have i.e. 99 workouts from the coach done, I understand that you can only do 1 workout from the coach a day, right? I’m on a training journey.
No, this isn’t correct. You can do multiple sessions on the same day and many experienced Athletes will do exactly that if they get a shorter than wanted Coach assignment. It’s really very normal to see Athletes with multiple sessions completed on the same day.
We are screening Challenge winners, and winners seen to have logged sessions suspiciously are excluded-this is covered in the Challenge terms.
Thank you so much Ben, one very last thing, can you please give me the steps I can follow to be able to do more than 1 session? I can only configure 1 session per day, and only 5 days a week.
That’s correct, although it’s possible to do more than one Coach session a day, it’s not something that we would recommend for most people.
No matter whether you have 2 or 5 days set in your Coach settings you have the flexibility to train whenever you want. Just simply select any of the sessions from the upcoming week you want to do and start it.
