Forgotten and blocked skill progression

When changing to Ultimate strength Pullups progression went from 1 strict muscle up → shoulder pull ups. Toes to bar is disabled even though settings for bar is unchanged och not limiting. -Description of every single step you made until you encountered this error-what did you do, what happened? Switched from Weights-free Gain to Ultimate strength. Noticed Skill progression changed from 12 ->11. Toes to bar is blocked even though the bar setting is set to be able to handle…
