Good news, this is now fixed.
If you do still have this affecting your videos in the app, closing the app and restarting it (you may even have to do this 2-3 times) should solve this problem ![]()

I’m facing the same issue. This is my second year of subscription. The exercise videos used to work well before the current subscription. Now it’s just not downloading. It’s definitely not my internet’s issue because i tried both mobile and wifi.
