I need to add my Freeletics weighted vest in my equipment but I do not remember how many kilos the weights have, as they are not marked.
I have a Freeletics weighted vest, not the one sold by Decathlon today, but the one that was sold by the Freeletics shop a few years ago. Two of the weights are blue, and two others are black and thicker,.
There are also weights inside. Could someone tell me their weights in kilograms ? Thanks.
