During my balanced burn journey i get intervals with exercises using dumbells. The weight isn’t specified. Would be a nice option to be able to save the weight i used for next time so i dont need to figure out which weight is good for the correct intensity
Agreed. I believe this is a feature that is on their roadmap but has not been planned yet.
I agree. The Dumbbell and Kettlebell journeys currently ask for the available weights and assign weights accordingly. It would be nice if all journeys did the same thing when you turn on DB or KB in the equipment.
Also agree. Still not added by 2024.
But it also makes a difference for performance assessment how much weight I used this time. Struggling with more weight might be equivalent to or indicate trying to make progress compared to doing smoothly and faster with less weight used.

We do not give specific recommendations as the weights depend on various different factors. Just use the ones that feel challenging but not overstraining.

Do you have a function that allows you to log and track what weights you use?
Please add an option to save the weight, it looks really weird that I’m doing e.g. weighted single leg hip raises and can’t save what weight I used. I have to write down all that details right now somewhere aside in a notepad which makes my experience with the app really awkward.
