I subscribed to the app in the nutrition mode. But the app doesn’t have anything about it and I didn’t receive any guidance. I downloaded the Freeletics Nutrition App which asks me to sign up for a new subscription. I want to change the plan to the nutrition-free modality, as the advertising is misleading.
Try to clear the application cache perhaps this helps (I never faced your problem).
In case your problem will still exist:
Did you subscribed via store or website?
Did you used the same email address for subscription and user login?
It can be if you’re using a Google or Apple login, that you have to create first a password in your account since the Nutrition app works with email + password login.
If it’s the case, you should be able to create a password on your web profile
