Can I combine 2 accounts?

I have accounts under 2 email addresses. One being level 87 has expired and the other which I just started a lifetime subscription and mistakenly used a different address. Can I move my first account to the lifetime subscription? Thanks, Chris

Hey Chris, unfortunately it’s not possible to merge accounts, and it’s also not possible to transfer Lifetime Access (LTA) from one account to another. It is strictly locked to the account that you purchase it for.

If you have just purchased LTA in the last 14 days, contact the team via the form below and we’ll be able to refund the purchase. We can only do this if you have purchased in the last 14 days though :point_down:t2:
