Can I request a new more detailed receipt please?

I’m experiencing a similar issue as described here:

I have just bought a lifetime subscription and I’d like a more detailed receipt than what I got over email - as I would like to submit it for reimbursement.

Would it be possible to get something like that with my name and the item I have purchased?

For future readers - I’ve sent the request to support@freeletics.com, they’re asked for verification details and they sent the receipt a few days later.
