Payment invoice for Lifetime access

Hi

I do hope someone can help me. I have purchased the lifetime access and would like to get an official payment invoice.
I know in the past we had to fill out a form and the invoice has been created. I have found my old link, which was still alive and filled out the form.
I do not know if this is the proper process nowadays, or there is a new link around because almost 1 week has gone and no response yet.

Hi Greg!

If you send an email over to Freeletics Support, your invoice can be taken care of from there. Just label the email as invoice and in the main body of the email, give your full name, address, zip code and country which you reside. Your invoice should then arrive to you shortly thereafter!
