Cant cancel subscription

I can’t cancel my subscription.

I bought the yearly bundle. It says it will renew in a year. I do not want to renew in a year. When I press cancel subscription it says it has cancelled it, but on my account it still says it will renew.
What to do?

I can’t cancel my yearly subscription as well, it doesn’t have a “Cancel“ option at all, can you please cancel it for me?

From your screenshot it’s already cancelled.
