How can I get access to these apps?

I didn’t buy that bundle but as far as I know, the credentials to the other apps are sent via email by the other app providers. Have you submitted a support request to the relevant providers? Make sure to mention that you purchased the bundle via Freeletics and include the email address (or Apple ID) used to complete the purchase.
That’s what I would do in that case.
