Some others have also suggested/complained about the adapt session feature, but wanted to add some insights here.
I train at the gym once a week and at home otherwise. Obviously, at the gym, I’ve got absolutely all the equipment and at home, just a couple of them. It would be great to:
Either to have a “gym mode” with a different equipment selection I have access to, or
Have a way to selectively remove certain equipment instead of having to go all without
Both would be best because that would
also cater for travelling (where I can bring a resistance band but not a kettlebell).
I absoltely agree, that would be very usefull option instead of telling to the Coach “I don’t have equipment today” and it switches to Bodyweight completely.
When I start a new journey I set the priority of my training (to help the Coach to propose what fits me best).
E.g. I set:
Barebells
Dumbbells
Kettlbell
Bodyweght.
Very often usecase when I come to a gym and notice that all barebells spots are busy, so I want to switch to the second option in my prioríty - dumbbells. And I want the Coach to switch to it instead of Bodyweight.
And another one.
When I start a new journey - don’t ask me what was the best result with my weight training (reps x weight), cause I don’t remember. You have all my history/data on your servers, just search for it and adapt my workout according to it. If something will not match I can change the weight during the training or give a feedback to the Coach after it.
