Exercices that I can't do or not as many reps

There are exercises that I physically can’t do (yet), e. g. assisted stand-ups. With others, I can’t do the given repetitions.

What do I do?

You can exclude up to ten exercises. Just go to your Coach Settings (where you e.g. adjust the weekdays when you want to train), there is the option to exclude.
