- i dont have fractional weights how do I tell coach that?
- I’ve started the barbell 12 week programme and I want to amend some of the weights coach is allocating before I start the exercise, is that possible?

You can’t really tell the Coach this but what you can do is use the nearest weight that you do have to that which was assigned.
This answers the second part of your question, as yes, you can edit the weight assigned in a Barbell interval. Hopefully the screen recording below helps!
