This has been asked a couple of times before, and it’s not something that is offered. So essentially, one subscription grants access to personalized training for one Athlete.

what do you expect of a family plan? When I asked this question some years ago I got a 20% discount for the family from Freeletics support. This was nice, but in the end less than the 30% discount you get from Ambassadors. Some Ambassadors even offer a 50% discount from time to time… just keep your eyes open for those.
