How to see progression over time?

Hello, I’ve been doing one of the standard workouts “Dumbbell Gain - Strength” for a while now. In some sessions I change the weights if I find I can push more. How or where can I see my progression over time? For example: last week I lifted X kg for that workout, and this week Y kg.

Is this also possible for personalised workouts we’ve created ourselves?

Hey, unfortunately that’s not possible. Most use an alternative app to track used weights.
