Hi everyone and Freeletics Team,
I’ve been training with Freeletics for a while now and I love the focus on bodyweight exercises. However, I think there is a huge opportunity missing: Gym Rings.
Since Freeletics is deeply rooted in Calisthenics, rings would be the perfect addition to the equipment list. They are portable, affordable, and incredibly effective for building upper body strength and stability.
I would love to see:
Gym Rings added to the equipment settings in the Coach.
Specific exercises: Ring Dips, Ring Rows, Ring Pushups, and progression toward Muscle-ups.
“Skill” paths dedicated to ring stability.
This would take our training to the next level. Does anyone else agree?
