andy

Hey Andy :wave:t2:

It really isn’t possible to see this in the app at the moment, but this is hopefully going to be something that we can improve in the near future :+1:t2:

I’ll get in touch with you via PM and I should be able to help you out here in the meantime

High Ben,

Is it already possible to see the history of the training journey? This would be very favorabel to add this feature. Specially when after a journey of 12 weeks you want to continue on the next one and don’t know anymore which you had previous. I like to do journeys cardio/muscle and next one running. When I choose I want to know which one I already did…
Thank you so much for your reply

Hi Rudmer,

welcome to the forum! :clapclapstatic:

Unfortunately it’s currently not possible to get the history of your training journeys. But Freeletics sends you an email whenever you start new one. That’s the way I track my TJs, but I’m not sure if one needs to enable a setting for this, though.

Mail subject is “Your new training journey” … from sender “instructors@email.freeletics.com” - if you have kept those you can find your personal TJ-history.

Hope this helps!
Cheers
Freddy

For this, you have to allow Freeletics to send emails (under Profile, Settings, and then I guess “privacy policy” - my settings is in German so I don’t know the exact wording).

Hi,

The feature is a MUST have, from my point of view. The App and the “Coach” should know what you already did in previous journeys.

For example:
I work out with this App for years now and already did the “Basics with Dumbells” a while ago. I can remember how many reps I’ve got to for Bench presses etc. And the app asks you to answer this, while it should at least already give you your stats from the last time.

It also feels weird that the training journeys don’t really change that much after you already did them with ease. Would this “intelligent Coach” need to adjust the trainings if he notices you doing better than the last time?
And why is there still an assessment week if the app should already know what I can and can’t really do?

I’m short. If the app doesn’t do the job of actually coaching me and tracking my progress for real, then I should at least be able to see it for myself.

So, please make the training data available inside the app. It doesn’t need to be up front, but at least findable for people who are interested in their own data

Hey, maybe this will help answer some of your questions

Hi @Jan, thanks for your feedback! To clarify, our Coach asks your current performance at the beginning of every Training Journey. The background is that if you could do a certain amount of repetitions a while ago, it doesn’t mean that you can do the same amount at the moment. Your performance may have changed, e.g. due to training with another focus, injuries or improved technique or muscle strength.

However, we do hear your feedback about your training history. You can see the workouts you have performed in your account: “Profile” → “Workouts” → “Activities”. Seeing the performed Training Journey hasn’t been implemented so far.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply!

I totally understand that and it makes sense to me. That’s also why I was thinking about the Coach to take your previous reps only as a suggestion for your new journey if it is already there.
You would still do the reps to figure out if you could do them or not and adjust them if needed, but at least you would have a reference instead of guessing what you might be able to do

Hi, does any of you know if there is already a feature in the app where we can see our Training Journey History?

Unfortunately there is no feature like that

Hi there,
Would it be possible to include in the app a weight indication (e.g., 2kg, 3kg, 5kg, etc.) when starting an exercise that involves dumbbells?
Thx
