Lost access to my account after subscription reneweal


As many in this forum I lost access to my freeletics account due to the fact that the Facebook login is not available anymore. And this happened at the exact time where my subscription was renewed.
I have tried to filling the online form several times but I never got a reply back, so I decide to come here to see if anyone will take action.
Look, any solution for me is fine, either you reimburse my payment or solve the issue and extend my membership to cover the time it was offline. I just need a resolution.
My facebook e-mail is not accessible anymore and I also specified this in my claims. This account is also not the one related to the claim.
