Make exercise instructions accessible without downloading video

To read an exercise instruction, you first need to download the video. I often don’t want nor need the video, I only want to check if I remembered the instructions correctly. To do so, I need Wi-Fi for downloading and extra storage on the phone. Adding a direct “instruction” button, without first loading a video, would be helpful.

I’d like to highlight an issue with accessing exercise instructions in the app and propose a solution to improve usability.
