Hello. I think there should be more kettlebell exercises like thrusters, side swings. Also, there should be clean jerk movement on Ultimate Strength. This journey gives only clean movement, there is no any improvement in this exercise, in journey

Weβre always reviewing what exercises we currently use in the various Training Journeys and looking to add more when we can.
That said, exercises like Kettlebell Clean and Jerks are integrated on Ultimate Strength.
